NEW FACES

We welcome our newest staff member, Alison Machel, a graduate of Youngstown State University and a licensed social worker.  Alison is happy to return to the area after working in Portage and Summit counties. She has experience with children, families and geriatrics, and is a great addition to the clinic team.  Alison serves our patients as a medical case manager, helping them apply for benefits, coordinating medical visits, and overcoming the barriers to quality care that many of them face.

And from our newest clinician, Dr. Lisa Noble Weiss, who comes to us from Forum for women’s health: “I'm a mom of 3 very active, wonderful children, and I’m married to a Youngstown native. I love to be involved in the community. I have a masters in education and once taught middle school before going back to medical school and completing a residency in family medicine at the University of Kentucky.  I love what the Comprehensive Care Center is doing for the medically underserved in our area, and I’m happy to be a part of it."
